Delete a Product

Permanently removes a product from the system when it is discontinued or was created in error.
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to the Products section using the left navigation menu.
Step 2: Find the product you want to delete. You can search by Product Name or Product Code.
Step 3: Click the three-dot menu next to the product name, then select Delete.
Step 4: A confirmation modal will appear showing all the areas of the system where this product is used. Review this carefully to ensure you are deleting the correct item.
Step 5: Click the red Delete button to permanently delete the product.
Notes
Deleting a product is permanent and cannot be undone. The product will be removed from all menus and associated areas of the catalog.
You can search products by Product Name or Product Code to quickly find the item you want to delete.
Click Cancel if you do not want to proceed with deletion.
