Account
How This Journey Works
A. Signed-In User

What this shows
- Shows the signed-in state after account authentication has succeeded.
- Confirms that account-aware homepage, rewards, and saved context are available to the customer.
- Serves as the current prototype-backed baseline until a dedicated signed-in account-management GIF is available.
B. Guest User

What this shows
- Shows that account tools are gated for unauthenticated customers.
- Explains where guests must sign in before profile, order history, or saved details can be accessed.
- Keeps the account gate separate from general menu browsing.
Key difference: Signed-in customers can access account management and saved details. Guests can reach the account entry point, but authentication is required before profile-specific tools are available.
This page covers profile tools such as order history, favorite orders, saved stores and addresses, communication preferences, settings, and gift cards.
Prototype Coverage Note
The current GIF library includes the guest account gate and the signed-in destination state. It does not yet include a dedicated signed-in account-management walkthrough for profile details, order history, saved stores, or communication preferences.
Why This Step Is Designed This Way
Account spaces support repeat behavior, personalization, and self-service management across the full lifecycle.
